Got an Aviation Scanner

There called Air Band scanners, not just Aviation scanner <_< The scanner I have can do Aviation, Police, Fire and all that.

All Police forces in the UK run on new systems now and have done for a few years, it would be impossible for you to pick up Police on your scanner, because the airways are encrypted.

I can only know the Police scanners etc are illegal.

Ok?. Manchester Police control the aviation viewing park every day, many people are their with scanners in their hands, or even in cars. (They look in cars and so on) we have never been stopped. If they were illegal they wouldn't sell them at the shop their either. So what the hell?
