I took some cream that made my face go all flakey,
Like all dead skin comes off.

But i dont really go around school with white bits of skin falling off my face.

Your best bet is probally to stop using the creams and just wash every few hours with hot water, soap and a flannel.

I went to high school then college with spots which were casuing me a lot of pain. People don't even notice spots on your face as their too worried about what you're thinking of them. Just like you'll be thinking what they're thinking of you. If you're missing school because of spots then you need to learn about life. There are people out there with large facial deformaties that never miss a day of school.

Okay I've had spots for 3 years and in the last year I've decided to take action.

WASH EVERYNIGHT, with warm water and soap.

Go to your doctors and ask he put you on a course of oxytetracyclin (antibiotics). You will most probably be on these a long time but providing you stick to them your spots will clear up fast.

Creams don't work as they're just a product some goof is trying to sell. If anything creams can cause spots as people have different skin types. Just do as I said up there and you spots will go. I'm presuming your 13-15 in which your going through a hormonal stage where your spots need action to be taken. What I think you have is a mild case of achne, take action now or you will probably get some scarring..

    Hope this helps.

Mate if i were you i would stop using certain soaps and creams on your face.

You might find that one of them is causing this.
