I agree here, a remake of the first, (updated CGI) would rule.
But I hated the bit in the new one, in the house, where he's digging etc.
Don't know why.

I hated how the story focused on the family so much, in most cases yes, that would make the movie but in the radio show the entire story was about him just escaping

Yea, it really didn't feel like it was by him, it was pretty low standards compared to most of his movies

Nope. Its not even a sequel to spielbergs. Its a low cost straight to dvd rip off. Its TERRIBLE.
