Hi Looks like a great Layout coming along nicely. Looks good bit wierd in some aspects but overall its cool. May need a few improvements.

you don't really need to put that many watermarks its hard to see what it really is but I don't get how the layout is going to work, maybe add some titles like "content" "navigation" to show where each bit go.

Okay... I've done as you said, used less watermarks, and added titles;

Ahh i understand now, whats with the line down the side of the content box and around the bottom?
