VIP for Habbo?

Habbox VIP is an virtual item , where as mobile phones and real cash are real items that can be worth something in Gold bars and be exchanged with others.
Vip is always going to be allowed to be sold otherwise most forum would have died due to the lack of funding.

If Habbo are trying to takeover HxF and make it what they want then I hope they're helping to pay the server bills.

2 days after becoming official theres a thread about people selling things for Habbo. Oh dear looks like it's got to some peoples heads:rolleyes: Comments on this?

Or perhaps it was something we were specifically asked to do, and given that its their property involved they have the right to ask?

The thing is Habbox will let Habbo dictate how the forum is run soon enough and knowing the management I'm guessing they will comply. HxF isn't like any other habbo forum, thus why it is so very popular. If habbox start listening to habbo, habbox will just be another present under the tree.

@cocaine: Sorry that I choose not to be banned for several days when I could be having a discussion about something that I'm interested in with mature members, I guess you just defeat the purpose.

We have no intentions of letting Habbo run Habbox (we didn't the first time, and we won't now.) However, we have to respect property rights, not only for moral reasons but for legal reasons (we could, theoretically, get shut down once they start paying attention.) They just haven't cared in the past - now they do.

Certain things that are technically illegal that we turned a blind eye to may be restricted now, yes. But that doesn't mean that it will become a Habbo-run dictatorship. (Anyone making an absurdly untrue comment about how Habbox is already a dictatorship will be hit with a rubber chicken based on the complete predictability of your comment )

I have to say i 100% promise you habbox would NOT let habbo run them. Habbox is a strong community and I am sure they would not fall to that.

I would like to talk on habbox behalf, that i KNOW that if habbo tryed running habbox they would pull themselves out of official status.

TBH if h abbo made it a rule that people couldn't sell vip for habbo furni, many fansites would go bust.

As far as I'm aware their official status has absolutely nothing to do with HabboxForum.com. Recent official fansite rules brought in earlier this year only allow one domain to be official and secondary domains can no longer be claimed official.

I don't know why people keep thinking HabboxForum.com and HabboxLive.com are official, they're just the same as they used to be.

Please get your head out of your :rolleyes: Habbox.com would never give up official status due to wanting the title back for so long. if anything, if habbo contacted them on this matter they would remove the system Habbox VIP for furniture. But I guess this system would work underwraps without staff knowing tbh. Because I for one if this happened and I wanted VIP for furniture I would just look for the usual sellers and make a secret trade with them for VIP.

I would also like to say again Habboxforum is completely different from Habbox. Habboxforum is more of a stickie note to put in reminders, latest happenings around the hotel to brief news team and a disscussin based forum for the various members to spread there opinion not there legs and enjoy themselfs.

My posts have not anything to do with what I speak of and what I agree and disagree about. I was quite a popular member of Habbox a while ago so I don't see why your trying to put me down because my name is seemed unheard of at this present time. I am sure with my knowledge and curisma I know more things about Habbox and Habbo then you would love to know about.

As has been said previously in this thread, Habbo for VIP is fine. The thread that I made was in regards to the increase of Real Life items for Habbo Hotel goods, which was an alternative of selling for money. This is currently, unaffected.
