Players make wepon poison with skill herblore, I think they use blue dragon scale and herb?
But any way, you make the poison in a vail and then use the vail with mostly any sharp pointed object (Eg, A dagger, Arrow or Spear).
Wepon poison costs 5k - 6k, and I wouldnt go wasteing it on a bronze dagger, when you could poison a addy dagger which only costs about 1k.
