As last time very good the guy doesnt really fit in as everything is very simplistic and white or wood and hes there in a casual trousers and a jacket

Its good, it just doesnt seem elite to me, kinda because most of it seems like edited stuff from habbo.

However if you made your own original stuff to add to it, it maybe could be elite.

I drew the walls, desk, projector, lights etc. from scratch? :S

The plant boxes lack depth and thickness, or atleast add shadows underneath the plants to show they are falling over the top.
Also, with the bottom lights there should be a new lightsource on some of the walls and bars, with them having atleast some light on them gradiating (I think I just made that word out) back to the original colour.
The plant pots and bars could also do with a highlight instead of the black/brown lines on the edges.
I intensely dislike the man, in my opinion it looks too thin and like it's just been placed there to show it off instead of actually working it into the scene of the room.
I think I also see a pixel error in the blinds.

I think you need to add more people to the room, to make it look like it's actually a real Habbo room and not one just to show it's an alteration. All of Roboevil's, Lynns., Soyers', CryingAngel's etc work had Habbos interacting with the alteration and it just, in my opinion, makes it look more finished and professional.

I did add lots of people in previous versions, but it made it look VERY tacky.
