As i said the throne has rose, as traders realised they COULD sell for more so they did.

If someone owns a room with a throne they are altomatically 'rich.'

Not quite, dear. I think you need to stop looking for someone to blame and face the obvious. This hasn't happened over a number of months, it's happened over years. Well since it was around 20hc anyway, that was in 2006, it's now 2008. The throne has gradually increased since it was given out on ione's birthday in 2002.

Don't use Habbox anymore...

Lol, this reason sadly is probley true.
Like a while back the throne was around 40 the rockets up to 60hc Thats a big profit if you bough quite a few.

But why would people trade for more if they know that someone is Obv. selling less than them so that would keep the Throne around its price of 20Hc
These "Values" are based on what the Rare Value "Reporters" want there rare to be worth.

These people are doing a voluntary job in their free time. Something that they don't have to do, they try their best to ensure that Habbox can provide the most accurate values and all they get is unjust criticism and ridiculous accusations thrown at them.

You have to realise that the majority of traders are 'hooked' for a reason, because they know and trust habbox to give them a guide value for the rares they have. They don't just use Habbox for the sake of it, they use Habbox because they know it can provide them with a decent guide value.

Maybe people don't want to look for alternatives because as I said they trust Habbox to give them an accurate guide value. If people didn't like it then it wouldn't be the most used rare values site. All rare values sites have the same goal and that's to provide the users of Habbo with accurate values.

I think its ridiculous how high its gone as both the Russian Samova & Holoboy were also given out and not been realeased and are only at 1.2-1.5
I remember in like 2005 that the throne went down to like 11 hc rofl.

And it indicates nothing, its means the LACK of competition for Habbox so they can do whatever they want with there prices.

and also another good point there are there are even less Holoboys/Russian Sams on the Hotel and Habbox has these priced at 1.0-1.5

The Throne is a popular rare, as habbo run various promotions to encourage more users onto the hotel you have more people wanting Thrones. Also with people not using habbo who have various amounts of Thrones, this can increase the value, i know at times i have been off habbo for several months whilst holding over 100 Thrones. Therefore that was 100 less in circulation. And before anybody says i done it for that purpose, then you would be wrong. My life does not revolve around habbo and sometimes i have more pressing things to do than to play habbo. The simplicity is, if people are demanding that extra HC for their Throne and people are paying it, then the RVR's see the trades and report it, then the head rare values reporters look over the posted values from the RVR's and along with their own knowledge, then contact the departments managers with values that need updating, the managers then decide from what they have seen and their own knowledge if the value does need increasing or decreasing.

As well as that i personally do a lot of checking to monitor what is being posted and assessing the accuracy of the reports being submitted, then if i have concerns with any reporters values i raise the issue. When i am on i do a lot of trading and so i know what most rares are trading for off the top of my head. So the allegations of anyone fixing values is preposterous.

Whilst on subject i have had a few people complaining about the super rare values, the super rares can sometimes be hard to track when there are only a handful of them, also everyone always trades under habbox guide price value, at one stage i updated nearly every super value to what they were trading for, this led to people trading even lower, i am sure you can see the predicament there for yourself. Also due to Lost_Witness releasing the supers that he has, people have lost faith in the supers market, this has driven down all the prices, i remember when things like purple dragons traded for 28T i know because i traded a few of them, however, sadly those days have long since gone, and the supers game will take a long time to recover, and i have my doubts as to if it ever will.
