My mum was in Boscastle when the big flood happened. She didn't have to be rescued thoughSome people went in the shop she was in and said the river was about to burst and so they all moved away.
OH, and the earthquake earlier this year...

I was in hurricane Jeanne.
Sleeping under the table, incase the ceiling fell

A little sudden flooding here in London and I wouldn't call it natural but when the fuel tanks in Hemel Hempstead containing fuel for heathrow exploded it shook the groung here and rattled the bins.
