The 2MB is mean to be going to 4MB soon, presumably after they've completed this?

Guess that explains it...If you're a Broadband L customer and want to know when you'll be receiving your free upgrade to our new, super-speedy 10Mb service, then you've come to the right place.
and they've been 'completing' this for about 4 months now...
