Obviously it's a room glitch just like in any public room. If you close the habbo window without exiting a public room first then it will sometimes cause you to stay in the room until you log back into habbo. I could be wrong but that's exactly how the rooftop rumbles get broken every month or so...

Yea, I heard of that, Never tried it, :p, It's like when you make a name and the Date and time of last login dont show up [Indistruct!ble01 - Search it on console]

Nope, he's just in there a lot because he likes it, he closes the window to log out of habbo and his habbo gets stuck in the room. Simple as.
