Wrong. There is no such thing as a rigger. The dealers always win due to basic maths. Because the better always rolls his 13 first, there's a chance he will bust, meaning the dealer has won before he even has to roll for himself.

Yes I understand that the dealer has a higher chance of winning due to the facts that you explained But I just think it is a little dodgy when some dealers win more than others. (and these are usually the richer ones). But i'm really glad there isn't like a popular rigger that everyone has downloaded or it would spoil the whole gambling side to habbo would'nt it.

Around christmas time vintus did leave when he was down something like 27T i was in his casino when he was telling everyone he was leaving but going to keep Trade City open. Then like a few weeks later he was back and had like 30T again or something.

He has to be safe really because if he scammed someone the whole hotel would no in like 1 day because everyone knows who he is and then with his reputation ruined he would probs never get big bets (eg. T bets) and in an extreme case people would stop using Trade City if they thought he was a scammer.

You will never really see vintus unless he is in his casino (he only goes in trade city like once a month) But since I have him on my friends list he is actually online quite a lot but he has removed the ability for people to stalk him so to be honest I don't know where the hell he goes unless he personally tells me where he is.

Vintus would never scam a bet, but if he did then nobody would believe the person who said he scammed unless there was a full room of popular dealers who witnessed it.
