Secondly, specific cases are not discussed over the forum, if she wants to appeal she can do it through the appropriate channels.

But to answer your question, posting an indecent picture of an underage person is posting child porn whatever your own age, you can't claim it isn't because you happen to be of a lesser age. Posting any sort of porn on the forum warrants a perm ban anyway, so whether it was child porn or not is kinda irrelavent. Also, as cocaine said, any picture distributed through the forum in any way: public, PM or otherwise, gives us more than enough evidence and reason to ban the user. Despite whether its public or not, we still have an obligation to keep the forum free from any such images.
