    You shouldnt be allowed to work 10 hours?
    what like company is it for, you could sue them for that.

    I'm 16, and i'm only allowed to work 9 hour shifts if they give me an hour lunch, and thirty minute breaks.
    So unless you're getting about 2 Hours worth of breaks, i cant see it happening legally.

    i'm under 16, and not employed by the place i work.
    i don't have shifts.
    i show up at a certain time, & finish when i like.
    ha.

    there's no breaks really though, just chill out when it aint busy & that.

    i got £4.25 an hour did 18 hours last week and got £76.50 £10 is well bad

    i worked in a restaurant from ages 14-16 for £5 an hour and i thought that was crap.

    £1 an hour is terrible, you could make more from busking.

    It's an Abestos Equipment and Supplies office, it's like just sitting around all day, filing a bit, making cups of tea and occasionally sweeping the floor. It gets me out of the house and besides at LEAST it pays.

    all i do at my job just now is filing and sitting on bebo answerin the phone and im getting £7 an hour.

    i go to work with my dad occasionally 8-5 and get £40 for it. not brilliant but it ain't bad.
