No. Support Staff would answer emails, then deal with the problem or pass it onto someone higher.

I answer emails and telephone calls, and then work alongside the other administrators to build a better community. We have mixed in Community Direction with Customer Support, to form the Customer Support Director position.

(I'm not discriminiating against ginger haired people, nor am I ginger haired)
ok firstly, you must think darren doesnt look good to think automatically of his looks...

and it does sound like you are discriminating against gingers because your trying to tell us ur not ginger meraning you have a problem with them

good luck anywho but if the screenshots on the splash are actual then i wont be joining sorry. also, i dont like the fact that you point out the obvious to me: "
Nivade is a dynamic website, and your browser/internet is slow, please wait for Nivade to initiate."

I'm going on vacation in a few hours so I won't be able to see the release, but when I get back I'll register. The site seems quite interesting.

    Good luck (tonight).

That's no longer there, and was a pre-cautionary alert measure to statcount.

Also, the images on the homepage are completely different as we've updated everything on Nivade since the maintenance page.

I don't think there's anything wrong with darren, but hearing how much badmouthing I've heard of forum rebels, I automatically assumed that he meant that.
