Olympics is the biggest sporting event in the world.

An estimated 3.8 billion people watch the games obviously it needs its own forum

A forum is a maybe... But not a catagory, we don't want more crap that will just be in a collapsable table but most members anyway Would it go underneath the Sports forum in Discuss Anything (if that's the catagory I'm thinking of) or just a sub-forum in the sports forum?

I think it should have it's own section (not category) like BB.

yeah i think this would be a very good idea becuase otherwise the sports sections is going to be so full og Oylimpics stuff the football season ect will be shunted out!

I am very certain Big Brother has less media coverage than the Olympics... The UK has more Olympic coverage than BB, no one really cares about it seems this year. This is a multi-national forum, we have americans, austrailians, britons... loads... The Olympics is a big thing in all the respected countries So the olympics is bigger than BB, so whoever said it wasn't is crazy...

With 6 days until the Olympics, only 1 thread has been made in the specific forum on it and even that was just to promote one users' website. I am yet to see another thread on the Olympics so how it warrants its own forum I don't know.

In addition, those who are arguing the point that HBB got it's own forum - this was because Habbo wanted fansites to run massive coverage of the event and this is a Habbo forum (the point you're all forgetting) therefore massive events on Habbo, such as HBB deoes warrant its own forum.

While you're sucking up because Arshavin got banned, until now you thought HBB was a waste of space.
And no threads have been created, because people in the category are only interested in football, if there was a sub-forum it would be widely used.

How am I sucking up and who to? I do think HBB is a waste of space but it's a Habbo fansite therefore it warrants it's own section.

Oh, and not all the people in there are interested in football, it's "Sports and Hobbies" therefore any Olympic discussion, which there has already been one belong in there.
