    Not true, the age ISN'T rising any more. They are making the tests harder, and not rising the age.

    You can drive at any age, but if you want to drive on public roads, its 17.

    So you can take lessons on private land whilst your 16, take your test when your 17 and drive straight away if you pass

    if you wanted to be specific you could drive on private land from any age.

    We had a child and it had a very large penis so we named it Jeremy.
