    If I ever got a tattoo, I would rather get it done by someone who has been doing them since they were 13 than someone who started at 18

    why did he want that tattoo?
    i mean it looks cool but when im getting all my tattoos done when im older there all having meaning to me.
    1. Jeremy 1129 up, 295 downA named based on the biblical name Jeremiah. Used as a name for children who are blessed with a large brain and/or penis. Also used as a replacement for "perfect".
    We had a child and it had a very large penis so we named it Jeremy.

    Calm down everyone, I doubt his uncle would let him do the actually pin tattoo at the age of 13 I think it's one of them things that rub off where you're just putting ink on the skin for practice.
    That's why we seize the moment, try to freeze it and own it, squeeze it and hold it cause we consider these minutes golden.

    and its illegal for me to tattoo a CLIENT but not a voluntary unpayed thing as long as i dont get payed for it which i didnt.
