Looks *Removed* to me, don't give 2 ***** if i get flamed. But that's just my opinion.

I think the grey is the nicest out of all. There's something missing though, it doesnt really grasp me. Maybe try adding more effects to the top of each letter and bunch them closer together (reduce letter spacing)?

Other than that I have no other suggestions. It's an OK logo !

My personal opinion, but I think a nice gradient reflection would go well too. I agree with Craig, the grey one is by far the best.
