i can't code them? well I can't just off the top of my head do it, but if I look at websites, it's quite simple...

Well on topic - ideas. All user systems must have incentive for the users to use it of course you knew this. You could use a variety of techniques such as a credits system which is redeemable for furniture in which you gain points via playing games, special content, competitions, forum posting again a user system - especially for habbo is hard to make incentive for. I know this is slightly off topic but I dont like user systems, the most successful fansites arent usually the ones with usersystems and many are never used by anyone.

This is just a bit of advice but imo you would be better off using your time to design a really unique layout or something like that, rather than creating a system people may use once and then never return to again
