I'm getting my braces out on Friday. Can't wait.
Only thing I'm worried about is if I have to get that mould thing again for me retainer? Because I hated that.
Those are some great tips though.

Dont worry about crying God knows I did it a lot.
It helps if you bring music to listen to, to calm you down (I still remember I brought robbie williams to listen to )

Fraid you have to have the mould, so it gives them an idea how to shape the retainer.

    Thanks for this! - +rep!!

My first orthodontist appointment is November 12th - been waiting since March for an appointment! I think it's a little late for me to have them since i'm 16, but obviously, the dentist thinks different.

Well, i've had my braces for three years and they have become part of my life . But yes, the othro has been my best friend. Been having arch expansion ( making my top jaw bigger), mutiple retainers and now braces, its really worth it. Sure its painful, but it really does work !
