Whats the convo about now? lol
Well I suggest you start downloading tonnes of free apps from the iTunes store. Then I suggest you buy a 16GB from amazon.co.uk (or from apple if you're that bothered about engraving, it's stupid in my opinion) and then jailbreak it and download any apps to your hearts content (you'll be glad you got the 16GB, trust me)!
Jailbreaking does void your warranty, so I've heard, so hold back for a few days to make sure it works and then jailbreak it.

Personally, I would'nt (and won't when I get my 32GB) Jailbreak your iPod, technology stuffs up so often now, you need the guarentee (sp), plus doesn't Jailbreak'ing it mean you can't update your iPod when the updates are released?
I have the ipod now; there's no jailbreaks for a 2g one atm.
Also, I need a case- it's getting scratched lightly already on the back![]()

Jailbreaking does allow you to update and can be easily removed by reinstalling the firmware.
Yeah, you can restore, update, re-break, over a few days.
A question I have, is when someone has tryed it, is it possible to update while still keeping the jailbreak? Or is it a case of restore, update, re-break?
y'wha?
