or we get more rep editor staff...

We don't really need more rep staff.
If everyday the rep was looked through it wouldn't take so long.
However, you can't say Nick- should be demoted when you don't know the situation and what happens behind the scene.

Also, Nick- actually does a good job and its very occasional that this does happen.

No not really, yes it happened a bit ago and Brandon was appointed but there was another reason why Nick- didn't do the work.

Yeah I haven't seen Nick for a long time. You should just get to do it, saves there being another admin.
