Providing your server isn't in the UK which it probably won't b you don't have to abide by the data protection act however its even worse in the US as if you get caught you have to pay about $50 per email (Your pocket money will disappear quickly)

well tbh when you are 16 ir 18 cant remember you have to be on the electrol role to be able to vote the government sells the electrol role details to certain companies. Thats how you get a lot of junk mail.
