Yeah, i've only played horde but the lancer seems really good. Seems like a worthwhile gun.

Yeah it's really good, and the game is far more realistic, it seems you can withstand quiet a bit of damage, I managed to take 3 bots following me shotgunning on hardcore which is alright I suppose but yeah, execution matches go on for a while now, I just love this game.

Lancer has been vastly improved from Gears 1, the shotgun has been slowed down alot.

Golden Lancer is alright but I'd prefer a hammerburst too, they're both good. I got up to wave 10 on hardcore with just me and my mate, two of us and it took about an hour and a half, now I'm exhausted I'm gonna get some sleep.
