I broke both bones in my right arm a few years ago, and it only took about 6 weeks to heal.
My arm was still pretty weak though even after 6 weeks, so I'm not sure how long it will take before he can play normally again, I doubt he will be playing properly for at least 2/3 months though.
Thanks for that. So it'll be 6 weeks before his cast comes off?I broke both bones in my right arm a few years ago, and it only took about 6 weeks to heal.

he obv. not that athletic if hes playing (i assume high school ball if he can touch rim) and falls on his arm. but than again probably unlucky since he made the team.
I'd say 3-4 months but thats a rough guess.
It was 6 weeks for me, not sure if that's how long it takes for everyone else.
But his arm might still be really fragile after those 6 weeks, so he won't even be able to train for a while after the cast comes off.
Well he did a long run-up from mid-court, so it was the momentum...
I think the competitions will have ended 6 weeks later, so he'll just be training for next season. Thanks for that, anyhow.
Sounds bad, I bet he was in so much pain.
That's why we seize the moment, try to freeze it and own it, squeeze it and hold it cause we consider these minutes golden.
would be worse if there was a pic reading bout it isn't bad![]()

I'd say at least a year.. but seriously, how would you take your mind off of agonising pain? :|
I don't think it really hurted him much. It was just after a basketball game and he practically played the full game, so there was quite a load of adrenaline running through his body.
