    Different people are different, over the counter stuff just ruin your skin.. too many chemicals in them. anti-biotics are easier then stuffing your face with creams. and they work too.

    Anti toxins are good Ribena 100% pure is rich in anti toxins. I drink them when i have hang over helps with killing the toxin bacteria with your body, mainly for acne not just odd one or two spots.

    Eating/drinking unhealthily doesn't necessarily give you spots, however yes - it does give unhealthy skin. Just get some antibiotics from the gp and shove 4 of em down your throat every day. I suppose eating fish (or tablet supplements) could help because I think a lack of omega 3 in your diet causes spots.

    I use Clearasil Spot Control or some other deep clean face wash in the shower in the morning and use this stuff I got prescribed from my GP at night, it's brilliant.

    Yeah they only used to work for about a week at maximum for me.

    Clearasil and all that rubbish is mainly for spots which you get from not washing or getting sweaty, not acne, they just talk a load of rubbish
