    I agree again, any form of exercise is good for you, but too much exercise can be harmful. The body parts exercised need at least a day of rest, which is why some health experts say one should exercise every other day or 3 times a week. Without proper rest, the chance of stroke or other circulation problems increases, and muscle tissue may develop slowly.

    i never do running, i hate it. i'm probably a hypocrite for not doing it and moaning about my weight but, meh.

    If that works for you great.

    Aslong as your getting excersise, I myself only do crunches in my room as I find a much better atmosphere in the gym

    At the end of the day it all comes down to pushing your body further and further. You're never going to succeed in weight loss if you just do a few crunches every other day or if you don't eat as much.. Exercise is the most healthy and physical way of losing weight and gaining stamina.

    Most people are too lazy to run because it gets them out of breath (probably something they have never experienced before). But when you begin to see the stamina gains it's amazing to push your body to it's maximum capability.

    lol, check out all these mr and mrs motivators coming out on the forum now. I don't have a run thing else I would try it, but not with crap like metalica.
