They will always be similar aslong as there both valueing correctly.

Surely a department of 3 people cannot get so many values.

It's a known fact that Habbox will always turn out the best for Rare Values as it's so widely known. As someone said earlier, unless the whole hotel moves to another site, Habbox will always be on top.

Habbox is generally slower / wait longer than HHGS.net at getting rare values up, but I'm sure they have a reason for it. Habbox has a great team of rare values reporters who do their job very well, and also a lot of dedicated members which post reports to help them out.

I only use HHGS.net when I want a rough guide on furniture, as more often than not, Habbox.com is quite slow on my computer. However, when I check the value later on Habbox, it is always round out the same price (give or take a HC).

I can't really judge HHGS.net having not used it as my primary site, so well done for compiling such a good amount of furniture.
    Well done to both sites.

I don't think that there is anything to say about Habbox's rare values because Dan, Luke and the team are doing a great job. The only value that I would say is a bit off is the Throne. But that probally is just because it's a Throne and they always increase and decrease so it isn't fair to blame that on Habbox, blame it on the Throne.

Heres a reply to all your comments from Dan:
Wiley may say we have our values 1 CS above Habboxs, well infact if your going to use that claim i'd get it right first. Under this are some rares which HHGS was ahead in updating before Habbox updated to the same price/a similar price - nothing wrong with that, because thats what they are/were going for.

Thrones - HHGS updated to 71 CS, Habbox later followed with 70 CS. Today HHGS updated to 65 CS, Habbox later updated to 66 CS.

Serpent of Doom - HHGS has had this rare prodominently higher than Habbox over the past month, HHGS had the Dragon at 10 CS days before Habbox did, HHGS later updated to 11 CS as due to Habbox updating, I found a rise was happening.

romantique_clocks - I actually told Habbox to update this rare as I had bought 5 myself with a couple of friends and found that I had to pay around 3 CS in most cases, I also saw a Habbox Rare Values Reporter buying one for 3 CS on the forum. I advised Habbox to update to the 2 - 3 CS margin, they updated to 2 CS - again, HHGS was first.

Purple/or Gold Dragon Lamp - HHGS again was first in updating these, recently Habbox has updated to around 7.5T (Gold Dragon Lamp)

Bird Bath (grey) - HHGS has had this rare higher than Habbox most of the time, we had been seeing higher than the old Habbox price of 25 CS. We had it at around 35 CS. However it then appeared to drop down to the 30 CS mark which it remains at now, Habbox have updated to over the 30 CS mark this month.

Yellow/Purple/Green Parasols - HHGS actually updated these, from my memory, 1 day before Habbox did, down to the 0.8/0.7 mark, Habbox then updated the following day.

Green Wooly Pillow - HHGS updated to 19 CS recently and Habbox updated back to 20 CS.

I could go on, but the fact is that your are wrong and I am right. DJ-Dominator says you have to see the trade to be able to prove it, not really as many rares wouldn't be updated if we had to see every single rare. If someone says 'I sold my screen for 50T' of course I can tell that it is a lie, I always look into the rare values when a friend from my console gives me a value. I have been doing rare values the longest than anyone else on Habbo UK, don't think I am clueless in what I do, because juding from what ive read here tonight, most of you are clueless about rare values.

It doesn't take a bunch of rare value reporters whom some only seem to be able to say 'add more colour to that report' to tell me how to rvr.

    Regards,
    Undertaker
