I wanted to sell Nivade because I've got my eyes on a new project, something which has a lot more pottential, there's too much going on in the social networking area, and I want to stay near social networking, but a website which isn't just based around social networking, a website with a little bit more, when I've decided a name for it I'll probably create a thread for it.

With HabboLake, the coding was all there, the whole site was done. Then you come along and decide to "redo" the code. It was fine. Then the site fails and never opens again.

The reason why HabboLake is closed is because the domain has expired and Simon hasn't had time to transfer the domain to my account so I can activate it again
