I used to be like you but i kinda just got used to it, when i have to turn the light off i have my phone on so theres a lil light and i can see my way too my bed..

Turn the light off and close your eyes listening to your listening to your ipod, but not to loud. It helps me sleep

Just turn it off and deal with it, you'll probably be frightend and won't sleep for a few days, maybe even weeks but you'll eventually sort yourself out, I'm sure everyone has had trouble with this at some point in their lives (Most people younger though but you're not alone) and the only way to solve it is to confront it.

If you really want to stop being scared of the dark, you've got to be prepared to go out your comfort zone, there's no other way of solving it.

You should try living across from a street light, always had light coming into my bedroom The council hightened them though after requests

The thought of having more streetlights in the street will make me more scared - There spooky lights. But i don't think the council would listen to a 14 requesting more streetlights because hes scared of the dark!

there probably is a presence in your house, i don't blame you for being scared..

just make sure it doesn't get you when you turn the lights off.

you could always get a bedside lamp close your door and have that on all night so your mother can't see it

have a shotgun in your room, so if someone does come in shoot them, of if its a ghost get garlic and scare it away

Imagine my mum comes in the room dress in a white cloak for a joke and scares me. I shoot her.... Nice idea though but i don't want holes in my Bedroom, Charged with murder and fire arms offense. =]




Anyway, got a night light from Next. Hopefully i will have no more sleepless nights.

Just ask yourself, do ghost exist?
If they do, are they really harmful?
If they wanna harm you, can u really run?
Maybe We Human are ghost to them, they may be another type of species in the other dimension.
