    I would've gone a little higher than 500w.

    Know what graphics card you are getting? ATI aree great but don't let a personal bias steer you from nvidia, provided you don't buy some £50 cheap card that won't perform or survive the year then you will get a good lifetime out of it. With graphics cards you really get what you pay for and looking at the current specs of your computer I'd suggest surfing the net and going for a decent card upwards of £140. And don't go to pcworld or somewhere like that. Go to dabs or ebuyer, etc.
