There should be prefixes like this-

[Vista]
[Windows 7]


No XP one because XP is out dated.

Outdated yet being sold on new machines. Has as much case for a prefix as 7 and vista imo.

A vast majority of people still use XP, not everyone has the money to update to Vista or buy a new comp with it so I think their will always be a need for it too

If they didn't give the Apple forum even a Mac / ipod prefix, I don't think the Windows forum will get a Windows 7 prefix.

I think all forums should get relevant prefixes.

I don't remember us even considering it :S If we haven't thought about ideas we clearly aren't going to have implemented them are we?

Give it a prefix, means if i look at the threads i dont have to view it do know if i want to read it

And XP is not out dated. I still run it, and I have had a new pc sicne vista, but at the time i preferred XP.

...but what about [Media Player] and [Windows Mobile] and [Vista Server] and [Windows Live] and [Media Centre]... the list goes on.

What's wrong with putting "Windows 7" somewhere in the title of the thread?
