Because new Habbos who don't have any furniture and don't buy credits can buy it, that's why.

When I hit the 10k milestone I'm going to buy so many start furni my boxers are gonna be wet.
That's why we seize the moment, try to freeze it and own it, squeeze it and hold it cause we consider these minutes golden.
