It's lagging cause flash is a pile of steaming **** and shouldn't be used for HD content. Ever. They need to get silverlight up there, that'd fix it right up.

it's mainly the problem with the computer if it crashes alot *cough* mine *cough* so HD might lag. Try waiting for it to fully lod like someone else here has made then view it. Try speeding up the computer by deleting a few things. Clear your cache as well. If that doesnt work, try loading the video (in HD, of course
) on another computer the same OS. if that lags, its the problem with the OS. if it doesnt, its a problem with the computer.
