    Yes, many chavs wear baggy joggers too; trying to merge with the 'ard gangster look.

    JJB is full of chavs. Sports & Soccer is 90% filled with chavs and 10% with bargain hunter or someone looking for sports equipment. My local market doesn't sell said clothes. JD is the respectable one of the bunch, with maybe 60% chavs. The problem is that I would never go to JD for any sports gear, bar some trackies. Speaking of which, I need some more...

    The difference between wearing tracksuits/sports clothing casually, e.g. for lounging in or going to the gym, and the way chavs wear it is that they actually think it's fashionable.
