Depends where i found it and if anything was written on the envelope. I found a wallet at southampton airport and handed it straight in, the lady who owned it bought me chocolates

Hand it into the police, could be someones rent or there mortage money or there heating bills or anything. I would also hope to god they didnt go to the police lol.
