dab some toothpaste on you're spots before you go to bed. then wash it off in the morning. apparently a good treatment

i use wipes and stuff, but i found the best thing to do is drink lots and lots of water every day. its great for your skin and great for your health in general. drink like i'd say 10+ glasses a day.

whatever you do, do not squeeze whiteheads because you will then spread the dirt etc and stuff in the spot around your face possibly.
for my spots i went to the doctors and got a special gel called 'panoxyl' which is like an antibiotic gel/cream that you put on your face. it did work very well, and i found it dried my spots up nicely.
it's best not to used anything which is perfumed because i found it irritated my skin, like perfumed soap, try and use simple soap which has nothing added to it
hope this is of some help.

    yeah, that is good
also camomile lotion does the trick, because it dries them out well.

You should drink atleast 8 glasses of water a day, don't go downing tonnes of water otherwise you'll kill yourself.

Toothpaste will dry up your skin but eventually make it worse.

    i had the same problem

Spoke to pharmachist he said :

Use Clearisel the day and night wash
and mmy mum told me this usa calomine lotion it cost only 2 quid and damm it take away the redness and the sizes of the spot in less than 6 hours! keep using for 3 days and they should just go. some advice do not use soap it makes it worse

if this dosent work get a flanel every night put very very hot water on it just lay down and put it on ur face re-peat 3-4 time a night they should go.

the reassons for ur spots are probally either oilly food such as pizza, mcds, etc or if u use a cream after shower its tooo oil for ur skin

    hope this helped
