    Well when i had mine done they cost 3k and a half.

    However it lasts upto round 3 years.

    Worth it..all the way ;]] x

    But thats with a private Dentist..NHS don't pay the fee's!

    Using a toothbrush is probably a good idea ! I know Boots do a teeth whitening scheme as mentioned above, you pay a fixed amount and they supply you with appropriate products and consultations which should improve your teeth. If you want them perfect though, it's gonna cost $$$!

    Exactly..three thousand pounds is pretty cheap 4 teeth to be whitened however if you want them to b spot on and whitened using lazers you'll be going into tens of thousands of pounds.

    Ye schemes are good with like boots >;]

    Baking Soda + Peroxide !
    Make a little paste and use it as a toothpaste.

    the funny thing is i've brushed mine to much/hard and i've slightly decolorised my teeth . any advise

    Pearl/Perl drops, It's like gritty toothpaste but I can't remember if you put it on before you use your ordinary toothpaste or after. But they do help!

    i personally reccomend; www.polanight.co.uk if you want an affordable genuin item which whitens your teeth!

    The results are amazing ;] x

    prices are around the £60 mark however it does the same job as proper laser surgery..a lot cheaper too!!

    3 and a half k to have your teeth whitened?
    and it only last 3 years? your joking right?
    the most ive seen it cost is about £500 and thats privately aswell.

    Just brush regular. It will take a while but you need to brush atleast twice a day, ideally three or four after meals and only drink water/fruit juice at meal times.
