Mine used to be like that, I used conditioners that dealt with frizz and leave-in moisturising/detangle conditions aswell, I also combed my hair down while it was wet and either let if drip dry or blow-dried it. I moved on to straightners when my mam straightened it once to show me what it was like and it worked.
