To be honest, I'd go to the management of the Amusement park or funfair or whatever and complain, it's clearly meant to look like an Apple iPod Shuffle, and it's deceiving. You're basically wasting your own money on something that you might win which is not what you're expecting, that's what I'd do anyway!
