Yes, so you could say the part you most like, or say that you can't see any faults/pixel errors with it

You can say what part you like but if there is nothing to be fixed you can't say you have pixel erros.

For things like pets you could say, "Aww your dog is so cute! What kind is it?"
Alts could be like "Thats coming along really well, i think you should add..."

stuff like that would be nice to see rather than either being harsh, or pointless. Theres not too much to say in a welcome thread but mabye a bit more than "enjoy". Lol

I saw a thread earlier which consisted of:

Wd.

Now I beleive thats no contribution to the thread, and Its examples like this where I wish this rule was enforced.

Okay Yeah its a nice alt etc but you could say

"its nice, well done. I like how you put yellow and blue together it gives a really nice happy feeling" or something.

I think this is a perfect case of moderators needing to use their own discretion to determine whether a user is being genuine or just posting for the sake of post count. If they see a user going around posting "nice room" in every thread they should be PM'd but if they do it rarely its petty safe to give them the benefit of the doubt.
