    Your best options are to use a browser with a popup blocker or reformat your PC. If you can't be bothered to do those its your problem tbh.

    PeerGuardian worked for me years ago, other than that I don't know what to suggest :/ That may not even work if it's something on the PC. Other than that, other suggestions have already been suggested.
