Yes it clearly does, I remember when I wasn't staff (this is going back to like a year and a half ago) I always wanted to go behind the bar, I know it sounds pathetic but because I wasn't allowed there I wanted to go there and obviously as only staff are allowed behind it theres an immediate divide of power and priviliges. You can't always have one person behind the desk, staff do go behind it sometimes, it's just not compulsory anymore and the way the desk is now is fine, there are no problems that need to be fixed, the room is popular, when people ask for help they get it and when people just want a friendly chat they get it. When theres no problem why do we need to debate a remedy?
