i work in burger king so i guess it's the same concept. where i work is great, i'm only a normal staff member but have been there for 10 months, I always back chat the managers, swear at them etc, we always mess around, banter with the customers and each other.
We don't have like set rules as to who works in the kitchen or tills. Mostly we have English people on the tills and cleaning in the front of the store and the Polish at the back/kitchen. If you're working with the right people it'll be a laugh, aslong as you get the work done.
