I got GS on Fallout but it was with console command on PC, that doesnt count as glitching, right?

I got the new dashboard yesterday, downloaded it, put on USB and done.

and now you have a high chance of being glitched , theres a glitch if you update it (the one you download) where you get banned from gold live
