In all likelihood it's going to be bad. 3 was okay, and I liked 2. I really dislike the first though, Sean William Scott can only do comedy.
Yep, but the director has made more money than you probably ever will - the Final Destination series is one of the most successful within the past 10 years and you can't accept that - the films were good. 1 was a break in the narrative structure of films around that time - the plot was good, original, unique. 2 built on that and made a fantastic film. 3 wasn't as good as the other two and concentrated on how much gore they could get away with but was still a good watch and I imagine, with the director of 4 being the same as 2, that this installment will be good and should send off the series with a 'bang' as I imagine this will be the last installment.

I'm sorry but he has his opinion just like anyone. If anything I think that they are appauling. The plot in the first place wasn't good in my opinion, there were little or no twists and you knew what was going to happen the whole way through. The second and third films did little apart from rehash the same story in different places as I expect the fourth one will. Just because they took large amounts of money, it doesn't mean that they are good. E.G The Phantom Menace is the Top grossing Starwars film and the 6th top grossing film of all time and yet its usually considered the worst in the series.

The first was good because it came out about 7 years ago when I was 11 and I liked it.

two came out a few years later and I liked that one even more.

    Three was crap.

    Four will be diabolical

Extremely foolish to say that a film that is met with box office success is good. And no, as long as they can milk the cash cow, they will keep on making sequels. Ever heard of Saw? Hollywood horror is dead.

I thought one was really good with the whole plane seating death plan idea.

I don't know what it was about two but I thought that was the worst. It just didn't capture like the others. I can't remember it really and I probably watched it about two years ago so for it not to stick in my mind isn't good.

Three I thought wasn't as good as the first but better than the second. The modernised picture death plan was a very good idea I thought.

Hoping four will be just as good as the others.

The main problem with the films is each one is exactly the same. Huge catastrophe to open the film, then the characters find a pattern, see similar events in old newspapers, then try and convince everybody to believe. Then the picture caps off with an "unexpected" death.

It's a great original story, don't get me wrong, much needed in Hollywood horror, but that was the first - the sequels have no other story to tell, and don't go deeper into the story, it's just a situation with different characters.

To be honest, as much as I love the other three movies, I don't think this one is going to be all that great. To be honest, I just think that they could have used something better as a means to cause such a large death count. I don't think seeing people being crushed by cars is really going to be all that thrilling.

I'm just hoping the deaths will be better than the accident causing the premonition to occur.
