Nice addition, it would be nice if you could do it for Rares aswell considering some are quite rare. Maybe, 'Common', 'Rare', 'Very Rare' or something.

Great, sounds sweet.
That is really good, help out a lot of people.
So, what values are used for each state? E.g: If there's less than X than it's state Y. Or is it not based like that and put whatever people think it is? :/
Also, let me disagree on one. The eXpert sleeping bag (which is STILL incorrectly named the Safety X sleeping bag, it was given to all 4 types of Xs, not just safety) is 'rare' yet the green sleeping bag is 'very rare'.
There are only around 60 expert bags given out, and not many of them are actually in circulation as many Xs, including myself, will never sell them as a memory of being on the team. Yet the Green Sleeping Bag was given to anyone that got 5 weeks in SnowStorm, which is a lot more than 60. :/
Also, the Aqua smoke machine manages to get a common, yet moon lamps and polar bear sofas, which anyone could get tons of a few months back, get given a rare? A lot of corrections need doing to be fair.

Incorrect names - we can't change names of items until a new panel is made. This has been brought up many different names which are wrong, which is alot of them tbhall names will be corrected when we are able to do so
with the lime and x bag - it's not about how many were gven out, it's about how many remain. I think 50 rock pillars were given out but only 3 remain. The lime sleeping bags are very rare to come across but I do agree the eXceptional sleeping bags are also more than rare and will notify the manager
Oh and the states will be changed as we go along and I understand that there will be a few errors atm. Also, the states of items change every so often as well so they will be updated accordingly when they require a change![]()

Just because a item is a high value for example 30cs, it doesent mean a lower valued item isent rarer.
Aslo I was thinking about this new update and doesit mean say if a collecter has got many of these and not many are left in circulation does that make them rarer or is it just the amount of them on the hotel?
In theory it's a great idea. Of course it needs to be based on the quantity there are in circulation and this needs to be accurate rather than just an educated guess. Maybe an "unknown" option would be suitable in some cases or at least some displayed as "Common/Rare" for instance if they are borderline or you are slightly unsure? Habbox will only get slated for "fixing" if the ratings are based purely on a few people's opinion.
As for Normal and Categorised Rares, I really don't see how you can find accurate ratings for them, nor do I think it's really neccessary. I'd go as far as Normal Rares maybe, but that's it.
Finally, I think a small overview of what the categories mean, needs to be included on the Rare Values Pages, unless there is and I missed it?
I can't wait to see the effect this has with everyone going, "omgzz Thrones and Dinos are common I'm only paying 20HCs!!!" and "omgzzz Sky Dragons aren't very rare I offer 10 credzz!!!".
Overall though, a good idea which could prove fairly useful.
Edit @above: If a collector has every Gold Dragon, as long as that habbo isn't banned, all those Dragons are still in circulation. However as I think you said, the rating is not relevant to the value. So if someone collected all the Gold Dragons and started selling them at over twice the value of the Purple Dragon, they would keep the label "Vey Rare" even though they hold a value way above any "Ultra Rare".
