Here I can call a teen helpline or something and get police involved, there you have nothing to support or help you

No need to base your ideas on the legal side but what about sitting your parents down for a serious, adult conversation about how you don't want to go to this country. If that doesn't work then it's obviously for the best that your parents will send you there -- and I would research this place if I was you, and get rid of your stereotypical views about it.

What age are you? They can't force you to go to a country no matter what age you are, but if you are 16+ then they definitely cannot force you to move as at 16+ you are allowed to get your own house n stuff.
