The game is money, so he does. If you have two teams that you've bought, you invest in both. It's like betting on two horses to 1st, 2nd or 3rd. The odds are better, which is why as soon as City.... 'performs', they'll concentrate on Portsmouth as their new dream team. It's just a schoolboy dreamland for them.

Honestly watch, next season they'll be throwing money at Portsmouth and Man City, but you'll only see the changes in Portsmouth because Man City don't need anymore players. So yeah Excellent2 is pretty bang on.

Title of this was misleading. Anyway I think Portsmouth need some decent players to stay in the prem. They look dreadful atm.

I can't see City buying anything better except replacing players with others who are exactly the same.
